Although we hate to say it, campaigns also need money to be effective. We always work on a shoestring so any "investment" you make with the Greens is an investment in the future of your community and the planet! Please be sure to indicate your job title on your check. This is required by the Election Law. Further, there are campaign contribution limits you should know about and the Greens have also established a maximum contribution limit of $25 per candidate. We do this because we support grassroots democracy and we won't be bought by corporate or other special interest PAC money.

To effect progressive social change - including electing our candidates to office, we need volunteers! So, for those of you who want to get active or may not have much discretionary inocme to part with, this is your opportunity to help out. We need active, committed people to work on our campaigns - no volunteer contribution is too large or small. We need people to:

distribute campaign literature door-to-door

make phone calls prior to the election

help with mailings and providing rides to the polls on election day

staff a Green Campaign Information table at local public events​ like the Farmer's Market

write letters to the editor or other PR activities
Complete our volunteer form and submit it and someone from the campaign will call you to followup. Don't worry about whether you're an expert or an experienced campaigner, we'll work with you to help you maximize your impact.
